Zuko Classifieds respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and advertisers to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.

If you believe that content available on in.zuko.in infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice containing the following information:

1. Required Information for DMCA Notice

Your notice must include:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
The exact URL(s) of the material that you claim is infringing.
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Incomplete notices may not be processed.

2. Where to Send DMCA Notices

After receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may:

Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
Notify the advertiser or user who posted the material.
Take appropriate action against repeat offenders.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

4. Repeat Infringers

Zuko Classifieds may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright rights.

5. Important Notice

Zuko Classifieds is an online classified platform. We do not pre-screen advertisements before publication. All ads are posted by users under their sole responsibility.
